Our doctors take all the time necessary to give you a complete and thorough evaluation. Because of our thorough approach, you will feel confident in the diagnosis and recommendations. Our doctors will help educate and empower you to become in charge of your own care.

We speak with you via telephone, email, or video chat to obtain details of your case. Your medical files will be requested to help investigate the case. After thoroughly evaluating all the evidence, we will provide you with a written document (consult report). One of our doctors will be available to speak with you about the consult report, answer all your questions, and provide any needed education.

The initial consultation is free! After the initial consultation, we will quote you a price depending on the complexity of your case. Simple cases start at $500 and can go up depending on complexity. There are no hidden fees or charges. What you are quoted is the price you pay.

The consult report provides you with a summary of the case or illness, review of the medical record, diagnosis or differential diagnosis, and recommendations. The consult report will be provided to you and can be provided to your doctors at your request.

No, we do not bill insurance or participate in Medicare/Medicaid. You may submit a claim to your insurance company if you choose.
